My new best friend, Smokey

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh! You guys, it turns out that big time school girls like me, that go to school all five days, get to go once a month to the most amazing place on earth!!! It is called Coffee Creek Therapeutic Horsebackriding Center!!! I had so much fun!!!
Meet my new friend, Smokey!!

Before you can ride him, you have to groom him and give him a comforting little pat on his soft fur!!

And then it is off you go!!! Queue the William Tell Overture! I shall now ride like the wind!!!

Or maybe I shall ride very slowly in a circle, stopping at various intervals to do activities with toys to improve my fine motor skills! But make no mistake, I let everyone know that I do not approve of stopping!!!

There is my nice teacher Ms. Amanda. She is smiling now...just wait until she tries to make me get off this horse!! He he he!

Anyone remember...

that ever present little drop of drool??....
Well, My mom still thinks it is cute!!!

Late Christmas Pics

We have been very very busy lately. We have been spending time with my cousins and going to the park and jumpzone and riding trikes with my cousins and opening presents. I LOVE Christmas Break! No School! No OT! Only fun, fun, and Fun! It has been so much fun that I have not had time to blog!!!
But..I have to share these pics and tell you all about my new horse. A couple of months ago, my momma noticed that I love love LOVE Horsies!! Everywhere I go that has horsies I have to ride them and pet them, because I love them. So she found a used spring horse at a consignment sale a couple of months ago and bought it for me, but she saved it for Christmas. In the meantime, my Gramma Dunn took it to her house when it was faded and old and kinda sad looking, and when she brought it back it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen!! She even painted a twinkle in her eye and put her name, Lili, on the saddle!!
And now I can pat her!
and ride her! And tell my Gramma all about how much I love Lili! And we did other stuff on Christmas Eve, too. It wasn't ALL about horse ridin'. We decorated the tree...while I sat on my horse...

... and I got other presents like this pretty cape and gloves...while I sat on my horse, of course.

OK, maybe it was all about ridin' my horse! :) but there is always time to climb on Daddy!!! :)

It was a very good Christmas Eve!! And the next day...I got to see all my cousins, even Natalie who I had never met before!! More pics of that to come....
