Helpin' Gramma

My Gramma and Grampa went on vacation to Phoenix to see all my cousins and they were gone for more than a week!! I was so very happy to see them when they got back!

But Gramma sometimes gets confused and she leaves her glasses on a string around her neck. That isn't where glasses go, Gramma!!! So I had to help her keep them on her face!



I was happy that they came home so they can come and visit me often!!! ....and hopefully now Gramma will remember where her glasses go!!

I miss you, Daddy!

Why my mommy doesn't wear stilettos

The Great State Fair of Oklahoma from a slightly different perspective...

"I love a fair, it's so much fun. There's something there for everyone!!"


So I've heard a lot about the fair over the (many) years, and this year we finally went. Very exciting...what to do first?? I think we should eat! Everyone loves fair food! My favorite fair food: PB and Apple butter sandwich!!! .....What?? that's the great fair food that everyone talks about, right?

Next, the livestock!!! Look at the bitty chickies!!!

Chickies are great and all, but what I really liked was the cages!! When you bang on them, they make pretty music!! I didn't really notice what was INSIDE the cages...ask my mom, she might know.

One thing I noticed about the fair is that for a place with so my hype, there is a shocking lack of slides. But I did make do with this giant ball! It isn't perfect, but when life gives you lemons....find a big ball and pretend it is a slide!!! Just make sure your Daddy is there to help you!

I tested all the portable rooms for stomp acoustics. This one was the best.
The Sandbox!! I was not so sure about this at first. It feels icky in my hands...
But Daddy made me put my hands in it and after a while it wasn't so bad!!!

They had carosels!!! Yeah!! I rode a yellow horse. If you pet your horse, she will go faster!!!


And it turns out they even sell BEAUTIFUL dresses at the fair!!! So we bought me a beautiful pink dress and went home and did the "cell phone Flamenco"!!

It involves a lot of running top speed around the house!!!

So that was my very first day at the Great State Fair!! lookin' forward to next year. Maybe then I will notice the animals!!

Momma, the slacker

OK...so it has been a few weeks since my mom has uploaded my blogs. I just want it known, for the record, that I have been doing my part! I have been having fun and being cute just like I am supposed to. It is all momma's fault!!

So, please disregard the dates on the next few blogs!!

My new pet!! (and best friend)

On the Backyardigans, Uniqua and Tyrone (pretending to be atlantians) got to race dolphins!! And then for Labor Day weekend my Grandma and Grandpa Hatch came to visit and brought me a dolphin of my very own. My daddy says it used to belong to him when he was a little boy; but I don't believe him...I never remember him being little!! But anyway, my dolphin is a good pet and I pet him and love him and race him all over the room!!!


And I give him kisses, too!! It makes momma and daddy jealous!! tee hee :)

Friends...

A few days ago we went to the park with my friends!!! We all had a lot of fun and then we went out to lunch together!! Here are a few pics...
